Pneumatic pressure with skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controled vats during 10 days at 15° C.

Ageing on fine lees. 


Beautifully pale gold colored with green hints.

An aromatic white wine, with lemon notes, pineapple and white fruits.
The mouth is lively and rich. A fruity and fresh aftertaste.
