Classic vinification in temperature controled vats. Pre-fermentation maceration during 5 days at 5°C. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at 25° C. Post-fermentation maceration during 1 week.                  Ageing in stainless-steel vats for 12 months.

A supple wine with a nose combining jammy red and black fruits, spices and caramel.                                      Ample on the palate, with round and luscious tannins, a well-balanced wine with a soft and fruited finish.      This pleasure wine will fit for any occasion.

Ageing potential :   3 to 5 years
