Traditional wine making in temperature controlled vats. Pre-fermentation maceration during 5 days.

Alcoholic fermentation during 20 days at 25°C.               Ageing in stainless-stell vats during 12 months.

Fruity wine in the aromas of fresh red berries, blackcurrant and blackberries with a supple attack and a pleasant finale.

To match with any red meats and grilled poultry.

Ageing potential :   3 to 5 years
