Traditional wine making in temperature controlled vats. Alcoholic fermentation during 20 days at 25°C.

Total maceration period for 1 month.                           Ageing in French oak barrels during 12 months.

Deep red robe, a nose of red and black berries, notes of vanilla, cinnamon and roasted. Beautiful tannic and fleshy mouth, dense and supported by melted tannins.

Accompany roasted beef and rump steak with oyster mushrooms or shallots…
