From manual harvest with several handpicking to select only perfectly botrytised grapes, musts obtained by direct pressing are cleaned out and vinified at low temperature. Ageing 12 months in stainless steel tank.
Brilliant bronze color. Attractive aromatic expression of quince, melon, and dry apricot.
Pleasant attack with floral aromas and candied fruits.
To serve on a goose liver, however it ideally matchs on poultry, fine fishes and blue cheeses.
Ageing potential : 5 to 10 years
